Here are just a few of the selections that I can prepare for you.

Beef
- Beef Bourguignone - A blend of beef, mushrooms, onions and carrots in a red in a red wine sauce.
- Beef Stroganoff – This classic dish combines tender beef slices and a rich rich sour cream sauce server of noodles.
- Chili – This is a championship recipe from the World Championship at Topico Gold Mine Topico Gold Mine, CA
- Crock Pot Roast – Old fashioned flavor, waiting for you when you come home
- Veal Scallops with Wild Mushroom, Mustard and Tarragon Sauce – Veal scallops seared and topped with a white mushroom mustard sauce.
- Home Style Meatloaf – When you’re craving home cooked comfort food, this fits the bill perfectly.
- Stuffed Peppers - Stuffed green peppers with rice and sausage in cheesy tomato sauce.
- Shepard’s Pie (Cottage Pie) - Shepherd's Pie made ground beef with gravy, topped with mashed potatoes, and baked until a crispy crust forms.
Poultry
- Chicken Cacciatore - Cacciatore means cooked in the "hunter's style". An Italian classic chicken dish.
- Chicken Parmesan – Chicken breast covered in bread crumbs and topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
- Chicken Tagine – Tagines are unusual in their complexity of flavors from spices, including the ever-present turmeric, so the finished dish turns golden. Served with Couscous.
- Turkey Tetrazzini - A turkey casserole with egg noodles, mushrooms, peas, Parmesan and Swiss cheeses, cream and bread crumbs
- Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce - Strips of chicken (or beef) are marinated in a special Thai paste, then skewered and grilled on the BBQ or broiled in the oven. It is then served with homemade peanut sauce
- Chicken Enchiladas - With Monterey Jack cheese, peppers and sour cream sauce, baked in flour tortillas.
- Chicken with balsamic raspberry sauce – A low cal skinless sautéed chicken breast, drizzled with a seductive balsamic raspberry sauce.
Seafood
- Crab stuffed Flounder fillets - Flounder filet and crab meat fantasy.
- Shrimp Jambalaya – A recipe from the famous odd Centralia House restaurant with Haywood’s Master Creole Sauce.
- Teriyaki-Glazed Salmon – Almost completely fat free. Grilled Salmon and lightly covered with a glaze of teriyaki sauce.
- Andouille sausage and shrimp with Creole mustard sauce – A flavorful Cajun dish.
Pork Roast
- Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry - This spiced pork tenderloin is lean and low in fat, topped with a delicious sauce made with fresh cranberries.
- Pork Tenderloin Crusted with Mediterranean Herbs – Pan seared oven roasted tenderloin of pork encrusted with aromatic herbs.
- Cuban Pork Roast - Garlic, cumin, and lime juice give this pork shoulder its characteristic Cuban flavor, long cooking gives the meat its traditional Cuban texture.
Soups
- Canadian Split Pea Soup with Smoked Ham - When you want a quick, hearty meal, this soup will warm you up on those cold winter days.

- Risottos (Dirty, Wild Mushroom, Lemon…) – A delicious and delicate alternative to pasta. Made from Arborio Rice, which gives the dish it’s creamy texture.
