About the chef
As a young boy I would watch my Romanian grandmother cook her traditional meals for our family. Her house was always filled with the delicious aromas of home cooked food. Those memories inspired me to learn to cook.
During the last 20 years, I’ve attended numerous cooking schools and taken classes from local chefs. My skills were honed in my kitchen on friends and family. My passion for cooking, inspired me to make a career change, which led to cooking delicious meals for others. It is a pleasure for me to bring my passion of food to my clients and to hear how they love returning home from a busy day at work, to a house filled with the aromas of flavorful home cooked meals. If you are a first time client of a personal chef or have used a personal chef in the past, this is a real dining treat you will want to sample over and over again.
